Pregnancy and early parenthood can be a beautiful experience, but it can also feel overwhelming at times.
Between choosing a care provider, navigating confusing healthcare systems, appointments that feel rushed and a mountain of misinformation online…it’s no wonder many parents feel stressed. As a midwife and a mum believe me, I get it.
But what if I told you that it didn’t need to feel SO confusing?
What if there was a way to access relevant, evidence-based education at each stage of your pregnancy...all in one place.
Imagine how reassuring it would be to chat to an experienced midwife every couple of weeks and experience pregnancy alongside other parents at the same stage as you.
Are you in the first 16 weeks* of pregnancy? Or perhaps you are hoping to be pregnant in the near future? If so, I have something incredible for you!
*If you’re further along and want to feel confident and excited for birth,
I have just the thing. Join our birth course.

Everyone deserves to feel calm, confident and supported in pregnancy... but it can be hard to know where to start, or which resources are reliable.
Tell me, do any of these sound familiar?

You can’t stop Googling…we are all guilty of a 3am Google spiral, but does it get us anywhere? Often, it makes things worse.

Your friends and family are telling you aaall the things, but you don’t know who to trust…hearing stories about pregnancy can be helpful, but it can also be a source of misinformation.

Your care provider is great! But the appointments feel rushed…Most hospital appointments are short and sweet. Many people leave with more questions than they arrive with

None of your friends have kids, and you just feel alone…This can be so hard!

You crave information, but sifting through fact sheets on and offline has your head spinning…
Here is what I honestly believe,
it doesn't have to be this way.
Show me the way

Hey, I'm Beth
I’m a midwife, childbirth educator and a mum and i’m really (like, really really) passionate about supporting families during pregnancy and beyond.
Over the years, i’ve had the enormous privilege of guiding many people (just like you) through the various stages of pregnancy and early parenthood. In 2020, I launched an online childbirth education service that has since reached thousands of families in Australia and around the world.
My career, as well as my own transition to parenthood has taught me so much, and I want to share it with YOU.
You see, I found pregnancy pretty hard!
Don’t get me wrong, I felt so excited. I couldn’t wait to meet my baby. But, I felt sick, really sick. I didn’t see a midwife much due to the shift towards telehealth appointments and as one of the first in my friendship circle to have a baby, I craved connection and community. Looking back, I would have benefited so much from the opportunity to connect with others.
So, I created the
PowerParent
membership!
An all-in-one place for education, support and connection, because I want YOU to feel informed, calm and excited every step of the way.
- Join the PowerParent membership and access an extensive education library, with new content added regularly to reflect each new stage of the pregnancy journey
- Jump on fortnightly Q&A calls with myself and other experienced midwives to check in and have your questions answered
- Enjoy access to interviews with with obstetricians, pelvic health physiotherapists, dieticians and mental health professionals about key areas of pregnancy care
- Feel the warmth of our private Facebook community, filled with other families at the same stage as you
What kind of content will I have access to?
The PowerParent content library is ever expanding and you can expect to see new content added each week (whoop!), but here is a sneak peak into some of things we cover together:
Learn the next steps after a positive pregnancy test, models of pregnancy care and a timeline of key events such as appointments, tests and ultrasounds (no more guessing or Googling!)
Explore ways to cope with common early pregnancy challenges such as nausea, fatigue and relationship & lifestyle changes as well as strategies to support your mental health.
We look at food safety guidelines, chat with an experienced pregnancy dietitian about nutrition and learn about pregnancy-safe exercise from a womenโs health physiotherapist.
Learn about the most common complexities that occur in pregnancy including information on blood pressure disorders, gestational diabetes, multiple pregnancy and more.
Deep dive into birth preparation, including how to prepare your body in the lead up to labour, ways to work with pain, mindset strategies and what to expect in both planned and unplanned caesarean birth.
Multiple modules within the membership are dedicated to your physical and emotional recovery, learning how to take care of your baby, breastfeeding and bottle feeding, and navigating the transition to parenthood as a team.

How much does PowerParent cost?
Access to the PowerParent membership is an investment of $97/month.
Because the doors are currently open for the very first time, for this month only, you can sign up at a founding members price of $85/month. Plus, all founding members enjoy a 20 minute 1:1 Q&A call with myself (I can’t wait to meet you!). Use the code ‘FOUNDER’ at the checkout.
Is this membership for me even if iโm not a first-time parent?
Why canโt I join if iโm over 16 weeks pregnant?
Can I cancel my membership?
Will I be able to receive individualised pregnancy advice as part of this membership?
I am planning a VBAC. Will this topic be covered within the membership?
I am having a planned caesarean birth. Is this membership still beneficial for me?
Will my partner get anything out of the membership content?
If you're still reading, my guess is that you might be asking yourself, is this really worth it?

And I get it, I do. Pregnancy is an expensive time.
But here is what I want you to consider.
Access to this incredible education library, fortnightly Zoom calls with a midwife and private community costs less than what you spend on coffee every month.
Read that last sentence again.
In pregnancy we are so quick to drop money on a pram, decorate the nursery and buy tiny (adorable) outfits… but we rarely consider the immense value of education, preparation and support - yet, it is these things that make the BIGGEST difference.
When we remove overwhelm and replace it with guidance, support and community, we are able to lean in and experience the magic that is welcoming a baby. Pregnancy is one of the most significant transitions of your life. It’s time to stop treating preparation like an ‘extra’ and accept that it is an essential.
So, if you are ready to learn and connect — I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU INSIDE X
